IAFF Local 3472

Firefighter/Paramedic Rogers Claussen Jr. joined the Rochester Hills Fire Department in April 1998 as a paid on call fire fighter. He was hired full time in January of 2001. Rogers was elected as Treasurer in 2006 and serving his second term in that position. Rogers was elected in November 2009 as Intrerum President and was unopposed for the the full two year term starting January 2010.

Jason Murray

Jason began his fire career as a volunteer in Lapeer. In 1998 he moved to the Rochester Hills area and was hired as a paid on call fire fighter. In January 2001, Jason was hired full time. Jason has served as the Chair of the Public Relations Committee and the Charities Committee since 2003. Jason was elected, to fill the vacant Vice President's seat on the Executive Board, in September 2009. The remaining term will be complete in December 2010. In accordance with the RHPFFU C&B, part of Jason's responsibility is to act as the local's Union Stewart.

Walter Murphy

Walter "Wally" Murphy is a Firefighter/Paramedic and was elected Secretary of Local 3472 December 2009 and will serve a two year term form January 2010 until December 2011.

Larry Gambotto

Larry Gambotto is a Fire Fighter/Paramedic with the Rochester Hills Fire Dept. Hired on in July 2006, Larry has been active with the Local 3472 since. He heads the C&B committee and the Local's website. Larry was elected Treasurer in November 2009 special meeting.
